Webasto high-voltage heater - We shape the world of e-heating

With 10 kW of power and over 95 % efficiency, the HVH 100 ensures constant comfortable temperatures in battery-electric cars. The HVH 100 high-voltage heater is the only 800-volt heating element in series production worldwide. Its innovative layer heating technology is superior to other heating concepts. The complex layer system converts electric current into heat almost loss-free and quickly. Another advantage is the low space requirement: the heating element is 0.6 mm thin and only 200 cm2 in size. Unlike other technologies, no rare earths are used.
